
Fulfilled Life Care has positive attitude towards complaints and feedback. As a registered NDIS service provider, we encourage reporting any issues that may negatively affect:
- our disability care services, and/or
- the health and wellbeing of our clients.
We encourage clients, their families, carers, support workers and anyone involved with Fulfilled Life to provide such feedback and complaints.
Everyone at Fulfilled Life Care should feel comfortable raising concerns about breaches of our code of conduct or any process that may not serve our clients’ best interests. As is expected of any registered NDIS service provider, no one will face any negative consequences for raising concerns, filing a complaint, or assisting the NDIS Commission with an inquiry. This ensures a culture of openness and accountability, where participant wellbeing remains the top priority.
