We provide travel/ transport support to enables you to access disability supports outside your home. Travel and transport supports essentially helps you to achieve the goals in your plan.

We provide nursing care to respond to your disability related health needs. We provide this care where the care is not the usual responsibility of the health system.

As your plan manager, we manage and monitor your NDIS plan and budgets, process your NDIS claims, and pay providers for delivered services. We also maintain accurate records and produce regular (at least monthly) statements showing the financial position of your plan. Through our collaboration with Accounting Hands Pty Ltd, you also benefit from expert accounting and financial management support, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance. This partnership allows you access to a wider range of service providers, including non-registered providers.

We help you to participate in various mainstream activities from mainstream providers . Any standards applicable to the industry in which the provider operates would need to be met. However, all supports claimed under this support item need to be reasonable and necessary given your plan goals.

Social and Community Integration

We assist you with or supervise your personal daily life tasks in a shared living environment. We focus on developing your skills to live as autonomously as possible. The support is provided to each person living in the shared arrangement in accordance with their need.
